Content guidelines
Read this before you publish
Follow these guidelines when you create affiliate content. SparrowDesk or your network may review content against them; material that breaks the rules can be flagged or removed from the program.
Use this affiliate hub first
- Assets and positioning. Start with the Brand kit , Competition analysis , and AI Agent / Copilot pages. Program mechanics are summarized in the FAQ . When you publish affiliate links, follow Affiliate disclosures .
- Apply and track referrals. Join and manage your link through Impact .
Logos and wordmarks
- Download current marks from the Brand kit . Do not stretch, recolor, or alter lockups against the usage notes on that page.
- If you are unsure whether an asset is still current, check with your affiliate or program contact before publishing.
Original copy — no scraping the site or blog
- You may read sparrowdesk.com (including the blog ) to understand the product. Do not copy, paste, or lightly rewrite SparrowDesk’s marketing or blog posts. Duplicate content hurts SEO for everyone.
- Write in your own voice. If you need clarification or approved talking points, ask your program contact or use the enablement materials in this hub.
- Do not stuff keywords or publish thin pages whose only goal is to manipulate rankings.
- Do not place affiliate links across low-quality or spammy sites; that can damage domain reputation and violate program rules.
Represent the full product
SparrowDesk is an AI-first help desk: shared inbox, help center, automations, collaboration, and analytics—not only a chat widget or a single AI demo. If you emphasize one capability (for example Zoona in chat), make clear it sits inside a broader support platform so audiences do not mistake SparrowDesk for a point tool only.
Product screenshots and video
- Include real product screenshots or screen recordings whenever you review features. If you discuss a specific workflow, show that part of the app—not a generic stock photo.
- Capture visuals from the current product (e.g. your trial or demo workspace). Do not rely on outdated UI grabs, random images from search, or third-party reuploads.
- Outside a short intro, do not use full-page shots of the marketing website as a substitute for in-app product footage.
- Keep demo inboxes, tickets, and help-center examples professional—write them as a real team would.
- If you cannot access a feature you want to show, contact your program manager or SparrowDesk for guidance.
- Minimize stock video and generic stock photography in product-focused content.
Pricing and trial (verify on the live site)
Plans and promotions change. Always confirm details on sparrowdesk.com/pricing before you publish. As of the latest public pricing page, the following is accurate for storytelling (not a legal quote):
- Entry pricing — Public copy advertises plans starting at $16 per seat / month when billed yearly.
- Trial — SparrowDesk offers a 14-day free trial (see the live pricing/sign-up flow for current terms).
Whether or not you break down every tier, link to the official pricing page so readers can validate numbers themselves.
Program terms on Impact and SparrowDesk’s agreements prevail if anything here conflicts with a contract you signed. For product or compliance questions, use Contact or the Help center .
